3. Inventory Tracking Feature

Our inventory tracking feature enables real-time availability responses during your streams. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Data Collection: We store product information including names, brands, categories, sizes, colors, and quantities that you enter into the system.
Stream Sessions: We track stream session metadata including dates, times, and status to associate inventory with active streams.
Query Tracking: We monitor the frequency of availability questions to provide "high demand" and "likely sold" indicators. This helps provide accurate responses.
Accuracy Disclaimer: Inventory responses are based on data you provide. We are not responsible for inaccurate responses due to outdated inventory information.
Data Retention: Ended stream data is retained for 90 days for analytics, then automatically deleted in compliance with GDPR requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

As a BidBott user, you agree to:

Keep your inventory data accurate and up-to-date
Use the service in compliance with Whatnot's terms of service
Not use automated responses to mislead or deceive buyers
Accept responsibility for all responses generated using your configured templates

5. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your product and inventory data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data isolation between users. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Billing

BidBott offers both free trial and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

BidBott is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost sales, incorrect responses, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
